ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Yeovil
SALARY: 30k basic - 35k ote + great benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.30 – 12.30
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s independent and busy Hemel based workshop!
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
- Providing a professional service to customers
- Tracking vehicles in the workshop and its progress
- Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department
- Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs.
- Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing.
The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
- Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK DL
