What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the HR inbox - you'll be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring quick, clear, and supportive responses.
• Lead on-boarding with impact - manage all new starter processes, from contracts to welcome packs, making every first day feel special.
• Take charge of ER cases - guide managers through absence reviews, disciplinaries, and grievances with confidence and care.
• Keep employee records accurate and confidential.
• Support recruitment and help create a great candidate experience.
• Drive engagement and well-being initiatives that make work better for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid HR advisory experience, especially in ER case management.
• A natural organiser who can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
• Excellent communication skills and a discreet, professional approach.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A proactive problem-solver who loves working with people.
