This is a rare opportunity to step straight into an established, warm client base while working fully remotely and benefiting from a modern, well-supported advice model.

Operate fully remotely with occasional optional in-person meetings

Focus on delivering high-quality advice rather than chasing leads

Work with clients who have clear planning needs and strong engagement

Benefit from ongoing acquisitions that add new clients to the team

Grow earnings quickly as you progress through adviser levels

What You’ll Do

Deliver holistic financial planning to private clients

Conduct client reviews primarily via Teams or phone

Identify planning opportunities across pensions, investments, IHT and later-life planning

Work closely with a dedicated paraplanning and client support team

Develop long-term client relationships and drive positive advice outcomes

Increase your earnings through consistent delivery and quality new business

What’s On Offer

Salary achievable up to £75,000 in year one (OTE)

Fully remote working with nationwide infrastructure

Quarterly bonus with no validation thresholds

Car allowance

5% employer pension contribution

Annual profit share

25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown

Life cover and full benefits package

Full paraplanning, client-care and admin support

Professional development including chartership support

Why This Role Stands Out

No requirement to build a client bank from scratch

No cold prospecting or lead chasing

No validation hurdles before bonus is earned

Clear progression pathway with increasing bonus rates

A modern, acquisition-led model creating stable long-term earnings

Who This Suits

Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser (CAS preferred)

2+ years’ experience in delivering financial advice

Strong communicator comfortable with virtual client meetings

Ambitious, client-focused and looking for long-term career progression

Motivated by a stable employed model with real earning potential
