Business Development Executive | Newcastle | £26,000–£36,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus

Are you a motivated sales professional ready for your next challenge? We’re supporting a well-established media organisation as they expand their advertising team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your commercial skills while contributing to a respected regional brand.

In this office-based position, you’ll work across both print and digital advertising, engaging with business decision-makers and creating tailored packages that meet client needs. You’ll manage your own sections, drive new business, nurture existing relationships and play a key part in achieving individual and team targets.

• Develop new business and build strong client relationships
• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Create advertising packages across print and digital channels
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team success
• Collaborate with editorial, design and events teams

• Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally B2B
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Experience working to targets
• Strong research skills; regional lifestyle knowledge is a bonus
• Excellent time management and confident presentation abilities
