Location: Raunds (outskirts, Northamptonshire)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 10pm – 6AM, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Vital People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy parcel distribution centre based near Raunds, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Sorting and scanning parcels by postcode and delivery route
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced warehouse team

Requirements

• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Physically fit and able to stand or move for long periods
• Team player with good communication skills
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable, but not essential
