Sliding Head CNC Turner in Hertford - The One Group

The One Group are pleased to be working with a precision engineering company based in Hertfordshire who supply precision engineered components into the Aerospace and Defence sectors who are seeking a CNC Sliding Head Turner to join them on a permanent basis.

My client manufactures low batch components for their high value customers across the Aerospace and Defence sectors and are growing at a fast rate due to increased orders coming through the door.

You will have the opportunity to join a close knit manufacturing function where you will have the opportunity to programme, set and operate CNC Sliding Head Lathes, be involved in self - inspection of your components, manufacturing components for high value customers across the Aerospace and Defence sectors.

My client is ideally looking for someone who has a strong background in CNC Turning with exposure to STAR or other sliding head CNC machines who is competent at reading engineering drawings with the ability to inspect your own components. This a Monday-Friday day shift with an early finish on a Friday.
