Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career, learn new skills and become an integral part of a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both the marketing and customer success teams. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks, from coordinating client communications to helping users troubleshoot issues within their online portals and app. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with people, this role offers plenty of opportunity to get stuck in and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing and customer success teams
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting portal and app-related queries
  • Offer guidance to users to ensure they get the most from the platform
  • Support client communication and coordination to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Update and maintain the internal database
  • Assist with creating and managing social media schedules
  • Provide diary management and organisational support
  • Offer general support to the marketing team, including activity on LinkedIn
  • Contribute to a busy, positive, team-driven environment

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive mindset with good problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Any experience within marketing or office administration is beneficial but not essential
