8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available.

Our client is a well-established recruitment business supporting a good mix of permanent and contract temp clients. The team work hard but enjoys work-life balance.

They are wishing to appoint an experienced senior recruitment consultant to work with their technical, FM, construction and ad-hoc industrial clients. This is a warm desk, with temp workers already assigned to the ledger. This will suit an experienced TC who has pace and professionalism, as you will be responsible for both creating lasting client relationships and introducing the right candidates within strict timescales.

The role has scope to grow into a team manager role, so they are looking for a team player who holds a track record as a strong performer in the recruitment market, who is looking to develop a long-term career. If you can deliver a consistent revenue performance whilst being trusted to act autonomously, then they can offer an excellent career path and long-term prospects.

Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is essential, as is a full UK driving licence.
