Role Overview

• Manage a dedicated desk focused on placing temporary drivers across multiple roles.

• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and compliance checks.

• Oversee referencing, skills testing, and daily workforce coordination.

• Build and maintain client relationships through regular site visits and proactive service.

• Drive revenue through targeted sales, marketing, and networking initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success in recruitment or sales.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Resilient, self-starting, and goal-oriented.

• Full UK driving licence required for client-facing duties.
