Description
- Organise and maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and manage appointments for laboratory staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the laboratory.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and filing.
- Provide support in managing data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Profile
A successful Lab Admin should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures in a laboratory setting.
