Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national children's care organisation, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team in Barnet, London.
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you’ll be the first point of contact for managers, providing professional advice and support on a wide range of employee relations matters — including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness absence cases.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide timely, accurate advice to managers on employee relations, policies, and processes.
- Coach and support managers to handle complex HR issues confidently and in line with legislation.
- Oversee sickness and absence management from start to finish, producing reports and action plans.
- Support performance management processes, including improvement plans and appraisals.
- Assist with payroll administration and ensure HR data accuracy.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
- A high level of organisation with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Confidence using HR systems and generating reports.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This will be full time, and office based. (WFH is not offered with this position).
