Your Profile:

The ideal applicant will possess:

• A proven track record in an educational support, child development, or pastoral care capacity, preferably within a secondary school or comparable environment.

• Exceptional patience and innovative problem-solving skills, underpinned by a genuine dedication to helping students navigate learning challenges.

• A comprehensive understanding of, and unwavering commitment to, safeguarding protocols and the welfare of young people.

• An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Online Update Service, or the willingness to undertake a new application.

• The ability to supply two robust, professional references that attest to your recent and relevant experience.
