We’re working with a highly respected, Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Guildford that’s looking to add a Senior IFA Administrator to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, client-focused environment that truly values its people.

As a Senior IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a team of Financial Planners, ensuring that clients receive an exceptional service throughout the advice process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing new business applications
• Producing valuations, illustrations and client review packs
• Liaising with providers and clients to obtain policy information
• Maintaining accurate client records on the back-office system
• Supporting Paraplanners and Advisers with technical administration tasks

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach

• Competitive salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
