Ready to join a company that genuinely puts people at its core and celebrates the impact you make? This is your chance to step into a high-energy environment where your insights shape strategy and your voice is heard at the top table.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to partner for financial insight - powering smart decisions with sharp analysis, robust modelling, and confident communication. You'll harness advanced tools like Power Query, Power Automate, and emerging AI tech to transform data into action.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic choices.

  • Deliver scenario analyses and sensitivity testing that sharpen decision-making.

  • Collaborate across teams - from commercial to operational - to uncover trends and unlock performance.

  • Present financial results and KPIs with clarity, confidence, and influence.

  • Own key elements of monthly reporting, including overhead reviews, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting across multiple cost centres.

  • Streamline and automate reporting processes using cutting-edge digital tools.

  • Drive process improvements with resilience, persistence, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Spot automation opportunities and champion the adoption of AI-enhanced solutions.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Review journals within approval limits to maintain financial integrity.

  • Contribute to new financial policies, incentive schemes, and strategic reviews.

  • Support the annual budgeting cycle and ad hoc strategic projects.

What You'll Get

You'll be joining a high-performing organisation with a flexible and forward-thinking rewards package. Expect generous holidays (with the option to buy or sell), life assurance, retail discounts, recognition awards, and an excellent pension scheme - plus the support you need to grow your career your way.

About You

When you join, they will set you up for success - with training, development, and a clear path to your next steps. To thrive there, you'll bring:

  • A full professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or working towards.

  • Strong experience in financial modelling and data analytics.

  • Exceptional business partnering skills across diverse functions.

  • Confidence presenting to senior leaders and influencing outcomes.

  • A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for improving processes.

  • Advanced Excel capabilities, especially Power Query and Power Automate.

  • Curiosity about AI and how it can elevate finance and reporting.

  • A solid understanding of transactional finance.
