As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects using pre-prepared materials

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

• Supporting pupils to stay engaged and focused on their work

• Reporting back to teaching staff on progress and classroom activity

You'll have the chance to work in a variety of schools, experience different settings, and build valuable classroom management experience - ideal if you're considering a future in teaching.
