The Company you will be working for;
We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part time basis working 18.5 hours a week. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The Job You’ll be Doing;
- Arranging meetings including agendas and preparing meeting notes
- Taking minutes and follow up actions
- Booking travel
- Maintaining and updating Outlook and Sharepoint Groups and Teams Groups (including ensuring the data held in these places is complete and filed correctly)
- Supporting the wider team with general admin
About You;
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task during busy periods.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
