The Company you will be working for;

We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part time basis working 18.5 hours a week. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Arranging meetings including agendas and preparing meeting notes
  • Taking minutes and follow up actions
  • Booking travel
  • Maintaining and updating Outlook and Sharepoint Groups and Teams Groups (including ensuring the data held in these places is complete and filed correctly)
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin

About You;

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task during busy periods.
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
