Position Details:

• Role: School Data & Exams Assistant
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm / 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Location: based in Newburn, with free onsite parking available
• Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour paid on a weekly basis through OA
• Contract: Temporary until the client recruits permanently
• Start Date: ASAP

To be considered for this role you must hold an in date Enhanced DBS or be registered on the Update Service.

Key Responsibilities:
As the School Data & Exams Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational environment. Your duties will include:

• Data input and updating spreadsheets
• Supporting the office with various administrative tasks
• analysing data for reporting and decision-making
• Performing ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An in-date enhanced DBS or be on the update service
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet software
• A proactive attitude and willingness to help where needed
