Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level PA support to senior legal professionals, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence

  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and reports with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and supplier relationships

  • Manage administrative staff and support the wider team with workflow coordination

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, Office Manager, or in a similar senior administrative role within a professional services environment

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management systems
