An established independent accountancy practice in Sheffield is looking for a motivated Audit Senior to join their growing team. What you'll be doing:

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion for a diverse client base.
• Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
• Draft corporation tax computations and coordinate with internal tax specialists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Support, mentor, and review the work of junior team members.
• Work closely with managers and partners to ensure efficient audit delivery and identify client service improvements.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification).
• Proven audit experience within a UK accountancy practice.
• Comfortable working with a varied client base across different industries.
• Proficient with audit and accounting software (e.g. Caseware, IRIS, or similar).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for client site visits.
