As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the sales and project teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and generating accurate quotes

• Placing purchase orders with suppliers

• Liaising with the Sales Team to coordinate projects

• Arranging deliveries and ensuring on-time fulfilment

• Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and fitters to meet expectations

• Providing general administrative support to the senior team

• Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong administrative and IT proficiency

• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to work collaboratively within a team
