This patch covers a mix of cities, towns and rural business communities - perfect for someone who enjoys getting out, meeting people and handling real conversations. You'll be supporting independent businesses across Yorkshire and the Humber, helping owners resolve overdue accounts through practical, respectful and clear discussions.

What you'll be doing

• Face-to-face visits to resolve business debt and agree repayment plans
• Negotiating firmly but fairly
• Updating account notes, taking meter readings, assessing vulnerability
• Managing your own diary and reporting
• Being a consistent, trusted point of contact

What you need

• Experience in field debt collection, B2B collections or similar
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Resilience, empathy and professionalism
• Full UK driving licence + reliable car
• Able to pass DBS, credit and FCA checks
