As the HSE Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental performance of our operations. You’ll help shape a positive EHS culture, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop the company’s ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Lead and influence behaviours to support a proactive, behavioural safety culture and sustainable working practices.
  • Identify and assess EHS risks, developing strategies and action plans to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
  • Carry out and review task-specific risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring lessons learned are communicated and implemented.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, training, and awareness sessions across all levels of the organisation.
  • Provide hands-on support to workshop teams and project sites in the UK and abroad.
I'm keen to speak to HSE Manager's with the following skillset:
  • Practical understanding of UK EHS legislation and management system standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently across multiple sites.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 40–60% of the time), including occasional short-notice visits to UK and overseas sites.
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments would be advantageous.
