About the Role

• Part-time SENDCO post in a well-regarded Sheffield school

• Oversee and coordinate SEND provision across the setting

• Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals

• Lead on EHCPs, interventions, and inclusion strategy

• Provide guidance and coaching to staff to ensure high-quality provision for all learners with SEND

Who We're Looking For

• A qualified teacher with the Nationally recognised SENDCO qualification, or significant SEND leadership experience

• A professional with strong interpersonal skills and a child-centred approach

• Someone who thrives on collaboration and is confident working with families and external agencies

• A SEND specialist who can quickly slot into a school's existing systems and add immediate value
