What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in English or Maths
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Experience managing a team and driving high standards is desirable
• A learner-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English or Maths to further education learners
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
• Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across the department
