Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to pupils, work alongside class teachers, deliver small group interventions, and help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  * Deliver small group work and targeted interventions
  * Provide 1:1 support for pupils where required
  * Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  * Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
  * Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Candidate Requirements

? Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
? A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
? Ability to support a range of learners, including SEN pupils
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
