The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Deliver engaging KS1 phonics sessions, including Read Write Inc.

• Support teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups.

• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

This is a supply role, offering flexibility to fit around your commitments while allowing you to gain experience across different school settings within the Trust.

About You

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Confident in delivering phonics interventions, particularly Read Write Inc.

• Passionate about helping children achieve their potential.

• Adaptable, reliable, and ready to make a difference across multiple schools.
