This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in private client work who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, professional, and well-structured environment.

The Role
In this key support position, you will work closely with the Senior Associate, assisting with a varied and interesting caseload. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing dedicated secretarial and administrative support, including audio typing and diary management

  • Preparing and drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, trust documents, and other legal paperwork

  • Supporting with probate administration, including preparing forms, managing deadlines, and handling correspondence

  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion

  • Managing file opening, compliance checks, and maintaining accurate file records

  • Liaising with beneficiaries, financial advisers, courts, and other third parties

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day support for the Senior Associate and helping to manage workflow efficiently

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Private Client team (wills, probate, trusts, or estate administration)

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach

  • The ability to work independently and support a busy fee-earner effectively

  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to develop within the department

What the Firm Offers

  • Clear career progression pathways and opportunities for long-term development

  • A supportive, friendly, and collaborative working culture

  • A competitive benefits package

  • A firm that values employee wellbeing and offers a strong work–life balance

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality one-to-one support to a Senior Associate within a reputable firm that invests in its people.
