Job Description

REED Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a Construction Firm based in Poole - actively looking for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team of 5 reporting into the Head of Operations.

This role is available either TEMP to PERM or on a PERMANANT basis.

Administrator (Supporting the Plant Administrator and Finance Assistant) Varied role.

Permanent or Temp to Perm Contract

Full Time hours hours to suit (7.30am - 4.30am / 8am - 5pm) Mon - Friday

Pay Rate - up to: £30,000 per annum

Role:

  • Provide administrative support across finance functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Assist with financial reporting and data entry into accounting systems.
  • Support plant administration tasks such as maintaining records, coordinating maintenance schedules, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Manage office supplies, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Ideal Requirements

  • Experience of administration within a Construction Firm would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a close knit team
