An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a dynamic and expanding tax team in Bristol.

This role is ideal for a qualified tax professional with a strong background in corporate tax compliance and advisory services. You'll be responsible for overseeing compliance work, supporting junior team members, and playing a key role in building client relationships. There's also scope to tailor this position depending on your experience and career aspirations.

• Review corporate tax computations prepared by Tax Associates and Executives
• Ensure tax compliance deadlines and quality standards are met across the client portfolio
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members to aid their development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service
• Collaborate with other departments to meet overall client needs
• Support the wider tax team with advisory projects as required
• Play a key role in developing junior staff into well-rounded business advisors

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven experience within a corporate tax compliance environment
• Experience reviewing tax work and managing workflow
• Confidence in delivering feedback and mentoring junior colleagues
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset and desire to contribute to the firm's success
