Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly respected financial planning firm with offices in Bristol.

This firm has a strong reputation for delivering tailored financial advice, with a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. As a Senior Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting advisers, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, and helping to shape quality advice.


Duties:

  • Preparing and maintaining compliant client files
  • Gathering and analysing detailed information to support financial planning recommendations
  • Researching and drafting suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Attending client meetings (where required) and acting as a key point of contact
  • Assisting in implementing recommendations and ensuring timely delivery of updates
  • Staying up to date with legislative, technical, and product changes

About you:

  • Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum) with a commitment to further study (Chartered desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services, ideally in a paraplanning capacity
  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with advisers, clients, and colleagues
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
