If you're someone who enjoys getting close to real engineering detail while still keeping an overview of the bigger picture, this is a brilliant chance to join a small, close-knit team that genuinely pulls together. You'd be part of a group that supports projects across the full lifecycle, with loads of variety, plenty of influence and a culture that genuinely values balance, flexibility and looking after people properly.
Benefits:

* Hybrid working pattern and flexibility built in
* Enhanced parental leave including maternity, adoption, shared parental, paternity, neonatal and fertility support
* Great onsite facilities with subsidised meals and free parking
* Long term stability and a real focus on development and progression
About the Role
You'll join a technical assurance team that acts as the final independent certifier of product design across multiple programmes. Your role is to make sure there's clear, robust evidence behind every compliance claim, supporting engineering teams from early requirements through to formal certification.
You'll work right across the lifecycle, checking that assurance and certification plans are sound, requirements are verifiable, proving strategies make sense, and that final compliance evidence stands up to scrutiny. It's a role with real reach, touching many different projects and giving you exposure up to Chief Engineer level.
What You'll Need
* Solid experience in requirements development and maturation
* Hands-on experience of design assurance, verification and certification
* Proven ability to develop strategies, plans and formal evidence
* Comfortable working in complex environments and juggling competing priorities
* Supportive team approach, with a mindset for improving ways of working
* Confident communicator who can coach, influence and uncover the detail when needed
What You'll Get
A role with real influence, fantastic visibility across programmes, and a chance to shape how products are assured and certified. You'll build a wide network, deepen your engineering expertise and develop a strong assurance mindset that will serve you well for long-term career growth.
Security clearance requirements apply.
