Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE Benefits

Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week

NJR Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-respected wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Warwick office. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that delivers tailored financial solutions to clients, ensuring all advice is compliant, thorough, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planners by conducting in-depth research on financial products, funds, and providers
• Create high-quality suitability reports for pensions, investments, and protection cases
• Prepare cashflow modelling and detailed financial analysis
• Maintain due diligence and ensure all client files meet FCA requirements
• Liaise with clients, advisers, and administrators to gather and verify information
• Assist in identifying planning opportunities and solutions to meet client goals

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ paraplanning experience in an IFA/wealth management setting
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards)
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of financial products
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
• Confident in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office
