What you'll do:

As an Employee Relations Advisor based in Altrincham, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both managers and employees through a wide range of workplace scenarios. • Manage casework efficiently from start to finish, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and employment legislation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with colleagues in HR to share knowledge, best practice, and ensure consistency in approach across the organisation.
• Deliver training sessions to managers on key employee relations topics such as conflict resolution, absence management, and effective communication.
