Duties for the role of Job Runner include:

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Job Runner:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Proficiency with Revit
• Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
• Experience managing projects across a range of building sectors
• Job running experience is essential
• Excellent UK building regulation knowledge
• Strong technical and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
