UX Designer in Sheffield - Vivedia Ltd

Hybrid | Sheffield (3 days on-site)

Salary: up to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a UX Designer with a flair for turning complex problems into beautiful, intuitive experiences? We’re on the hunt for a creative, curious, and customer-obsessed designer to join our growing Tech team at Vivedia.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Product Managers and Developers to uncover real-world user needs, craft elegant solutions, and bring ideas to life through research, prototyping, and pixel-perfect design. From web to desktop applications, your designs will directly touch the lives of thousands every single day.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to shape product direction and elevate the user experience.
• Conduct user research, analyse feedback, and translate insights into smart, actionable design decisions.
• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance usability with delight.
• Validate ideas through Figma prototypes and user testing.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure design intent shines through in production.
• Blend data and empathy to drive design improvements and business growth.

• Proven UX design experience backed by a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Mastery of Figma (or similar) and a solid grasp of design systems and accessibility principles.
• Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, A/B testing, and analytics-driven design.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset — you love a good workshop, value feedback, and inspire those around you.
• Ability to be on-site in Sheffield 3 days per week.
• (Bonus points if you have strong opinions about whether a hotdog is a sandwich. )
