Job Profile Summary
As an Adviser Training & Transition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our advisers to succeed-both in the classroom and in practice. You will be primarily responsible for delivering, facilitating, and enhancing engaging learning experiences for our adviser population, while also providing hands-on support as new starters embed into the business.
When not delivering formal training, you will work directly with advisers as they land in the business, helping them land smoothly into their roles by listening to calls, coaching, and offering practical guidance on systems and processes, and supporting their development. You will act as a key link between induction training and on-the-job performance, identifying trends and feeding back insights that influence future training design.
In addition, you may be required to support the wider Learning & Development team, in supporting the Adviser community in areas where skill-gaps exist.
Reporting into HR, you will be part of the Learning & Development team while also collaborating closely with the client office to ensure advisers are confident, competent, and set up for long-term success.
