Role Summary We are seeking experienced Financial Advisers for national employed roles, utilising professional lead generation to support business development. Advisers will benefit from a steady flow of leads. This is an excellent opportunity for driven professionals seeking to grow their client base and provide comprehensive financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities - Actively generate new business opportunities and demonstrate a proven track record as a business hunter.
- Deliver holistic financial planning, including inheritance tax (IHT), trusts and estates, investments, pensions, and related areas.
- Utilise Lead resources to maximise client engagement and conversion.
- Attend all meetings face to face.
Candidate Profile - Must be able to provide evidence of successful new business generation during the interview process.
- Currently delivering holistic financial advice across a range of areas (IHT, trusts & estates, investments, pensions, etc.).
- Applicants are experienced financial advisers.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
Travel and Location Requirements - Willing and able to travel up to two hours in any direction from their home base for client appointments and business activities.
- Required to attend Head Office as needed, potentially up to once per month.
- All meetings are conducted face to face, reflecting our commitment to personal service and relationship building.
