I'm hiring a hands-on Engineering Team Lead to head up a small, high-performing team building a brand-new product. You'll lead development of a scalable, reliable system that uncovers insights from large datasets-helping clients stay ahead of online threats

You'll combine technical leadership with strategic thinking, mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams to deliver a robust, enterprise-grade solution.

• Lead and grow a talented engineering team
• Drive development of a scalable, production-ready service
• Manage complex AWS deployments and ensure strong monitoring
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate systems
• Champion clean code, testing, and CI/CD best practices
• Support team growth, promotions, and long-term planning

• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong engineering background, especially in Golang
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for improving team efficiency and development processes

• Experience with OpenSearch, Postgres, or Typescript
• Familiarity with frontend-backend integration
• Interest or experience in cybercrime prevention
