Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Design Authority (TDA), ensuring robust governance and risk oversight.
• Align solution design and execution between Advisory Technology and delivery teams.
• Deputise for the Advisory CTO, reporting on technical delivery status and risks.
• Co-develop the AI strategy and roadmap with senior stakeholders.
• Champion scalable, secure, and sustainable solution design aligned with firm-wide standards.
• Advise engagement leads on technical delivery risks across AI-centric projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Advanced knowledge of generative AI models and prompt engineering (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Solid grasp of AI/ML algorithms and scalable cloud deployment patterns.
• Proven leadership in technical design decision-making and TDA facilitation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and delivery planning skills.
• Strong commitment to automation, cloud-native architecture, and secure-by-design principles.
