Position: Retail Concept Designer (Senior & Junior)
Location: London / Home Based
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities of the Role

• The strategy for growth across the Group involves demystifying, simplifying, systemizing and consolidating diverse display requirements world-wide to reduce costs, improve brand presentation and speed distribution growth. Our Development Designers & Engineers assist the Development Director to successfully interpret and implement this strategy within the business unit through the design and engineering of a large number of existing and new POP products and through the development of world-class displays from initial brief through to production.

Skills, Aptitudes & Experience Required
• The talent and expertise to generate well-designed, well-reasoned and commercial solutions and recommendations in response to a pipeline of POP challenges.
• Demonstrable, accurate and impressive skills in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks, inventing and producing visuals for customer presentations in order to take personal charge of projects.
• Great interpersonal skills, excellence in verbal and written communication and an understanding of business relationships. Education to degree level and languages preferred.
• An interest in brand marketing and a truly international outlook on the world.
• Clean driving license, willingness to travel and confidence all welcomed.
