Are you an experienced Product Technologist or Senior PT looking for a new challenge? This company is seeking a talented individual to join their Ready-to-Wear (RTW) team

As the Senior Product Technologist - RTW, you will play a crucial role in supporting the RTW team across all stages, from raw material development through to industrialisation (bulk). Your expertise will be instrumental in reducing bulk production issues and driving improvements in product quality to align with the company's high standards.

• Manage all fitting evaluations within the assigned RTW category, communicating amendments to manufacturers.
• Oversee garment testing processes internally and with external laboratories.
• Maintain fit and quality consistency across collections.
• Troubleshoot test failures and propose technical solutions that maintain product integrity and aesthetics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Sourcing/Production, and Manufacturers.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in the Senior Product Technologist - RTW role, you will need:

• Extensive experience as a Product Technologist or Senior PT, preferably in the RTW industry.
• Strong knowledge of knitwear, with the ability to identify and implement cost engineering opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage garment testing processes effectively.
• Proven track record of maintaining fit and quality consistency across collections.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
