The team pride themselves on being passionate, down-to-earth, and always ready to celebrate a win together (often over coffee, cake, or cocktails!).

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a growing finance team and support the continued success of this dynamic agency. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices, staff expenses, and credit cards
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Reconciling bank transactions and assisting with month-end processes
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Assisting with ad hoc finance projects and system improvements

What we're looking for:
* ~1 years' experience in a similar Finance Assistant or Accounts Administrator role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
* Confident using Excel and accounting systems (Xero experience a bonus)
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Ideally AAT-qualified or working towards qualification (though not essential)
