Your new role
This is a broad FP&A role offering exposure to both group-level planning and commercial finance. You will play a key part in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Financial Close & Analysis: Assist with monthly close activities, including reviewing accruals, prepayments, and journal entries to ensure accuracy.
• Overhead Management & Reporting: Monitor and analyse overheads, prepare reports for budget holders, and provide timely updates on spend versus budget.
• Financial Modelling & Reporting: Build and maintain financial models to support analysis and deliver monthly and quarterly reports across business units.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage quarterly forecasts and the annual budgeting cycle, including variance analysis and data consolidation.
• Ad-hoc Analysis & Presentations: Provide tailored financial analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders, supporting initiatives such as cost optimisation and performance reviews.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong FP&A background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.
