A dynamic and growing international consultancy is seeking a commercially astute and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. With a global footprint and a reputation for delivering insight-led solutions to high-profile clients, the organisation is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial future of a business that blends creativity, data, and strategic thinking. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting business development, and preparing the organisation for future investment or acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
  • Oversee financial operations, controls, and reporting across multiple international markets.
  • Provide commercial insight and strategic support to business unit leaders.
  • Drive margin improvement, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Support M&A activity, funding strategies, and potential Buy & Build initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.

About You:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in senior financial leadership roles within a consultancy, agency, or insight-led business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting business development and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in private equity, M&A, or funding environments is highly desirable.
  • A collaborative, people-focused leader with high integrity and a calm, strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business. If you're looking to make a tangible difference and help shape the future of a growing international consultancy, we'd love to hear from you.
