Cedar is supporting a global cybersecurity business on their search for a Group Reporting Manager. This innovative company operate a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, and the organisation is scaling rapidly and offers a hybrid working environment from offices located conveniently in central London.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to take ownership of key reporting functions. You'll be central to delivering high-quality financial reporting and enhancing internal controls, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements across a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reporting packs.
- Support the preparation of external filings, including annual statutory accounts and regulatory submissions.
- Lead on maintaining the compliance risk register and internal controls testing (SOX and non-SOX).
- Advise on IFRS matters, including drafting technical accounting memos and supporting complex transactions.
- Collaborate across global finance teams and the wider business to drive operational efficiencies.
- Provide leadership on ad hoc finance projects and support international expansion initiatives.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical accounting skills, particularly IFRS.
- Experience in a global, multi-currency, multi-entity environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- A proactive mindset with a drive for automation and process improvement.
