About the Opportunity

We’re building a dedicated Finance Transformation Talent Pool to support a portfolio of upcoming ERP implementation and integration programmes across London.

Our clients – spanning financial services, fintech, retail, FMCG, professional services, and energy – are preparing to embark on major finance-system transformations involving SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, and Oracle NetSuite. 

We’re seeking qualified finance professionals (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with proven experience in finance transformation, ERP deployment, and process redesign who can operate at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Interim Roles

• Finance Transformation Lead / Programme Manager
• Finance Process Lead (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
• ERP Finance Workstream Lead / Finance Business Analyst
• Finance Systems Accountant

What We’re Looking For

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in finance-led ERP implementations or integrations (SAP S/4HANA, D365, Workday, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of core finance processes – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, FP&A, Consolidation.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into system design and business process outcomes.
• Proven delivery experience across design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to bridge finance, operations, and technology teams.

 Engagement Details

• Contract Length: 6 – 18 months (project dependent)
• Location: London / Hybrid
• Day Rate: £500 – £800 per day (depending on scope and role)
• Start Dates: Rolling – Q4 2025 ? Q1 2026
