Halliday Marx have partnered with a super cool premium hospitality business to hire a Finance assistant / Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis.

Central London. 5 days a week in the office. £35-38k + study support.

The role:

Accounts Payable – full function

Collect, process and document daily banking

Deal promptly with discrepancies

Prepare payment runs

Generate journals

Deal with the operations team

Assist with managing month end processes

Analysis

Monthly balance sheet reconciliation

Credit Card reconciliation

You will have

Been in an Accounts Assistant, Finance assistant for minimum 6 months

The want to STEP UP

Strong excel knowledge

The desire to be in the splendid office 5 days a week
