Job Description

As Project Manager for this global omni-channel communications business, you will be responsible for managing the the six main aspects of the projects assigned to you ie: scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement projects.

* Understand the project scope, goals, and deliverables.

* Define tasks and required resources.

* Establish and manage the project team.

* Manage the project budget.

* Create a project plan.

* Support and direct the project team.

* Report on the project status.

* Present to stakeholders reports on progress, identifying risks, issues, and solutions.

* Identify and manage changes to scope.

* Attend internal or client face to face meetings where required

Experience required:

* Strong relationship management.

* Strong business acumen in project planning and management

* Excellent presentation skills.

* Delivery focused and passionate about delivering value, on time and above customer expectations.

* Experienced in the use of ERP tools to effectively control project delivery (MS Project Server, MIS, SharePoint, Resource Planning, Forecasting, Estimating, Management Information, Reporting).

* Experience using Prince2 methodologies.
