Key requirments for the role:-

* An understanding of the Green Book Business Case model (this will be the majority of the work until 2027/20282

* Experience of working at a Programme Management level (leading a team of Project Managers, implementing governance, monitoring progress)

* An appreciation for working on large projects, particularly in early stages
