Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
Drive and design EVP.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and report frequently on process updates.
Utilise data-driven insights to improve recruitment procedures and outcomes.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires.
Promote the company's values and culture to prospective employees.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the recruitment field.Profile

A successful Recruitment Manager should have:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally from a professional/financial services setting and/or agency.
Well-versed/familiar with ATS/HR systems (ideally Networx/Cascade)
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes.
